  • How do I order?
    The 'order' link in the site menu takes you - for the time being - to the online shop of catanbox.com. There you can choose to buy one or more products and their amounts. After confirmation of your order you will be redirected to a secured pay site.

  • I encounter ERROR messages. What's wrong?
    a) Your computer does not accept cookies. (there is a stop-sign in the bottom of your screen) Solution: change your internet-options.
    b) The privacy settings of your browser do not acceop sub-frames or active scripts. Solution: change your internet-options.
    c) Your computer has, is, or is behind a proxy-server or firewall that does not accept SSL-certificates. Solution: change settings.
    d) There is a bad connection. Solution: try again.
    e) Your security settings do not accept our SSL-certificate. Solution: change your internet-options.  
    f) There were more than 5 minutes between ordering and connecting to the banks server. Solution: act faster!

    Each box is separately packed in a solid cardboard box that has corner protection for all 8 corners. Within Europe, boxes are delivered through TNT or DHL/Deutsche Post.

  • Is there any guarantee on your products?
    Before shipment, all products are carefully inspected on firmness and completeness. According to European legislation, products with defects are to be returned to us within 6 months after ordering. We will delibrate with you in order to replace the defected part/product or refund (a part of) the order amount. Whenever the defect is caused by uncarefull handling and/or unintended use, we will not do so.
